How to prepare a spicy Avocado Toast

A spicy and floral take on a classic avocado toast, hard to not make this one for Sunday brunch
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 20g feta cheese
- 20g pickled red onions
- 1 tablespoon Freaky Sauces Saffron & Rose
- 1 slice sourdough bread
- 1 garlic clove
Method
1.
Peel and scope out the avocado flesh into a blender together with 1 tablespoon of Freaky Sauces Saffron & Rose. Blend
2.
Toast the bread and rub immediately the garlic clove on it
3.
Smear avocado on the bread. Top with crumbled feta, pickled red onions, and more freaky sauces saffron & rose
