- 20g pickled red onions

- 1 slice sourdough bread
- 1 garlic clove

Step 1
Peel and scope out the avocado flesh into a blender together with 1 tablespoon of Freaky Sauces Saffron & Rose. Blend.

Step 2
Toast the bread and rub immediately the garlic clove on it.
