How to prepare Spicy Shrimp Skewers

- 200g large shrimp
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Freaky Sauces Saffron & Rose
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
Create a quick marinate for the shrimp. Mix olive oil, 2 tablespoons of Freaky Sauces Saffron & Rose, and one chopped garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper and marinate the shrimp for at least 30 minutes, the longer the better
Mix mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of Freaky Sauces Saffron & Rose, and one crushed garlic for a quick saffron aioli. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper too
Get some skewers for the shrimp. Make sure to soak the skewers in water if you are using wooden skewers and then thread the shrimp on the skewers.
Fry the skewers in a dry pan medium-hot pan for 90 seconds on each side.
Serve right away with aioli and more squeezed lemon juice
