Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 100g shredded cheese
  • 150g tortilla chips
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 can sweetcorn
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons Freaky Sauces Lingon & Blueberry
  • 1 lime

Method

Step 1

Pan-fry the ground meat with the taco seasoning in neutral oil. Fry until the meat is golden and fully cooked.

Step 2

Prep the vegetables, finely dice the red bell pepper and the avocado.

Step 3

Make a quick sauce by simply mixing the sour cream with Freaky Sauces Lingon & Blueberry.

Step 4

Set the oven to 200 degrees C and get a baking sheet. Time to build the nachos. Create layers with first the tortilla chips followed by all the ground taco meat. Top with shredded cheese and bake in the oven until all the cheese have melted roughly 6-7 minutes.

Step 5

Top the nachos with diced bell pepper, avocado, and sweet corn. Squeeze lime juice over the entire thing, then dollop the sour cream in different places. Finish the party by pouring more Freaky Sauces Lingon & Blueberry all over the nachos.
