We are thrilled by the different ways our sauces have been used since they hit the market. This quick dish is inspired by a recipe created by Helen, a talented home cook who shares her love for food through social media. Keep sharing your saucy interpretations with us, we love it!
Ingredients
- 200g large shrimp
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Freaky Sauces Saffron & Rose
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
Method

Step 1
Create a quick marinate for the shrimp. Mix olive oil, 2 tablespoons of Freaky Sauces Saffron & Rose, and one chopped garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper and marinate the shrimp for at least 30 minutes, the longer the better.

Step 2
Mix mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of Freaky Sauces Saffron & Rose, and one crushed garlic for a quick saffron aioli. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper too.

Step 3
Get some skewers for the shrimp. Make sure to soak the skewers in water if you are using wooden skewers and then thread the shrimp on the skewers.

Step 4
Fry the skewers in a dry pan medium-hot pan for 90 seconds on each side.

Step 5
Serve right away with aioli and more squeezed lemon juice.
