Ingredients
- 2 yellow onions
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons of tomato purée
- 500 grams of ground beef
- 500 grams of crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Freaky Sauces Lingon & Blueberry
- 90 grams of butter
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 10 dl of milk
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- 9 dried lasagna sheets
- 2 dl of grated cheese
Method
Step 1
Peel and chop the onions. Sauté the ground beef and onions in the oil in a frying pan. Add tomato purée and soy sauce to simmer with the beef. Add crushed tomatoes and Freaky sauce lingon & blueberry, let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Melt the butter and stir in the flour. Gradually add the milk while whisking. Let the sauce cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 3
Layer the sauce, lasagna sheets, and the meat sauce in an ovenproof dish (approximately 20 x 30 cm). Finish with sauce and grated cheese.
Step 4
Place the lasagna in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes.
