- 170g Goat cheese
- 40g Pickled beetroots
- Crackers
- Freaky Sauces Lingon & Blueberry
Method
Step 1
Start by mixing the goat cheese until it forms a smooth paste. Add some juice from the pickled beetroots to give the spread a pink color. Season it with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dice the pickled beetroots for garnish.
Step 3
Assemble the crackers by spreading the prepared goat cheese mixture on them. Top the spread with the diced beets and add a touch of Freaky Sauces Lingon & Blueberry for some spiciness.
